Responsibilities;
- Drive sales to meet the company’s goals
- Lead, supervise and motivate sales team to increase sales and meet team sales quota
- Analyze market trends and potentials
- Develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Support recruiting, developing and retaining competent sales staff
- Be a leader and role model in teamwork, quality, sense of urgency and dedication to work and adaptation to changes
Maintain high professional standards in personal integrity, business ethics and work discipline.
Requirements;
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- At least 7 years direct experience in Sales
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Positive and proactive approach and engagement.
- Good command of English
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experienced with dealer management.
